It seems like this is common procedure in Graham County. I have heard of several cases where the suspect is taken to the jail, has a blood sample taken, and then is released until the results of the blood test come in so they can determine the proper charges. "

2. You have to be convicted of the charge before the order is made to install an interlock device. Kincaid's blood-alcohol test results won't even be back from the DPS for at least a month.
3. People lose their jobs for getting a DUI, especially anyone with a CDL. But not all people lose their jobs.
4. For each time a person is caught with a DUI, that person has likely driven impaired a thousand times. That's playing Russian Roulette with innocent drivers. Eventually, someone will get hurt. "

" Well over 12 months ago a man was arrested by Thatcher police for extreme DUI, he had over 4 times the legal limit of alcohol in his system, he was taken in, fingerprinted, blood drawn, the whole works, over a year later NOTHING has been done to this guy. He has never gone to court on this, had his license revoked or anything, in fact it never even come up on the public access site that he was ever arrested, its like it never happened. Hopefully TPD won't sweep this one under the rug also. "
